I co-founded Baxcyl, an initiative that brings together young designers and design enthusiasts, creating a space for exchanging experiences and growing together. As a community, we’ve been developing successfully — building strong collaborations, hosting joint events, and expanding our network across the creative industry.

We organize interviews, networking meetups, group visits to exhibitions, and talks that help connect and integrate the design community. Our mission is to foster inspiring relationships and promote new, bold perspectives within Polish design.
